My name is Charles Brown. My stage name is Young City.

I am from Baltimore, MD. Have also lived in Massachusetts and Rhode Island

I work at a car dealership. In the service department. I also am working on getting my Bachelor’s Degree.
Q.) How long have you been making music?
I started to make music in 2011. Didn’t really take it seriously until 2018.
Q.) What was your first song/project?
My first song was a demo. It is called YM Demo. YM is short for Young Money. If I could sign to my dream label it would be Young Money Entertainment. This was a dedicated freestyle to the label.
Q.) Who’s your inspiration?
I am inspired by many things. Musically, my inspiration is my favorite artist, Lil Wayne.
Q.) What genre of music do you create?
Rap. Hip hop

I’ve been placed in a couple blogs and magazines. My most recent feature is in Longe Magazine. Article is called “Who is Young City”
Q.) Who’s one person, dead or alive, that you’d want to work with?
The one dead person I would want to work with is Michael Jackson. Rest In Peace! Of course, my alive one person I would love to work with is Lil Wayne.

I am not signed to a label.

I want a record deal. Along with a distribution deal.
Q.) Who are your biggest supporters?
My biggest supporters would be my family and friends. Also, the people who reach out to me and want to work with me.

I write my own music.

No, I do not create my own Music Video concepts.

My favorite music to listen to is Lil Wayne and Drakes collaborations.

Currently working on my next Single.

My latest release is called Deja Vu.

Jerusalem in the Middle East

Musically, I performed for a crowd of about 50. Athletically, thousands of people.

I can see myself on tour with the biggest names in hip hop

In 5 years, I see myself dropping my first album, touring, getting signed to a label, and gradually building my brand.
