Directed by the multifaceted Jeymes Samuel, the film features an ensemble cast that reads like a who’s who of Hollywood, including LaKeith Stanfield and Alfre Woodard. However, the anticipation doesn’t stop with the film itself—the soundtrack, unveiled on January 9, adds another layer of excitement.

Leading the musical charge is the track “Hallelujah Heaven,” a collaboration of epic proportions with Lil Wayne, Buju Banton, and Shabba Ranks. The 11-track compilation boasts a diverse lineup, including Jorja Smith, Kodak Black, Doja Cat, Kid Cudi, Adekunle Gold, and more. JAY-Z, also an executive producer, teams up with D’Angelo for the emotionally charged “I Want You Forever,” clocking in at an impressive 9 minutes and 33 seconds.

Jeymes Samuel, also known as The Bullitts, shared his perspective on the soundtrack’s unique connection to the film. “We celebrate the score and the songs as individual pieces or as part of the movie,” he explained, emphasizing the intertwined nature of the music and the narrative.
