Sammy Hearteyes: The Next Wave of Alternative Music

Sammy Hearteyes isn’t just an artist; he’s a musical chameleon. For over 13 years, he’s been shaping and reshaping his sound, creating what he calls “Alternative Music,” a genre that blends rock, pop, and rap into a unique experience. Hailing from New Jersey, Sammy’s music is a reflection of his journey, his influences, and his dreams.

His musical inspirations are just as diverse as his sound. Lil Peep’s raw emotion and honesty in his music have heavily influenced Sammy’s style, while the melodic flow of Juice Wrld remains a dream collaboration for him. It’s no wonder that Sammy’s own songs are a patchwork of heartfelt lyrics and genre-bending beats. His latest release, “California,” which is available on all platforms, showcases his versatility and his knack for storytelling through music.

Despite his many years in the industry, Sammy Hearteyes remains unsigned. He’s a DIY musician in every sense—he writes his own material, produces his own tracks, and even conceptualizes his own music videos, some of which he’s shot on just an iPhone or a camcorder. This hands-on approach to his craft makes his work deeply personal, raw, and authentic. Yet, Sammy is open to signing a record deal or a distribution deal, seeing it as a gateway to share his music with a larger audience.

Sammy’s dedication to his art is matched by his self-reliance. When asked about his biggest supporter, Sammy confidently names himself. “If I have a bigger one, I don’t know them yet,” he says. This self-belief is the driving force behind his creative process and his ambition. And while he doesn’t currently have any new projects in the works or a set date for his next release, he keeps the door open for inspiration to strike at any moment.

Performing live is another aspect of Sammy’s artistry that he cherishes. He’s no stranger to the stage, having performed for crowds of a few hundred people. His dream performance venue? California, a place that seems to call to him both in his music and his aspirations. And in a surprising twist, he’d love to share the stage on tour with none other than Celine Dion—a testament to his eclectic taste in music.

Sammy Hearteyes is a name to watch. With his genre-defying sound, his DIY ethic, and his relentless self-belief, he is poised to carve out his own niche in the music industry. Whether he’s jamming out in New Jersey or performing in the sunny streets of California, Sammy’s music is a journey that’s only just beginning.
