Albany’s U.S.BAY

U.S.Bay expresses how things have changed from simply selling CD’s out of a backpack to distributing music to major music platforms. He states “I don’t know if anyone will buy a CD anymore.” In the industry today artist have to prioritize record sells and streams throughout a variety of major platforms. Today’s industry has evolved since we now have the powerful internet versus radio play.

U.S.Bay has a great digital appearance through music videos within the digital and social market. He also expresses how it’s crazy that you’ll get support faster from people you don’t even know versus people from you own city. He loves knowing that he crushes the industry making his independency well known. U.S.Bay describes his music from a pain aspect, Living the life he lives in the street explaining his day to day experiences.

“What ever I’m feeling I write down and out out.” He quotes in an interview with Plug Nation a local music network. He also admits that most of the pain he felt throughout his life is because of a position he put himself in some form or fashion. He states that he uses music as an avenue to mentally cope with any situation that he experienced. Within the interview he expounds on wanting to get into real estate in the near future to take care of his family. He puts family as his main priority to achieve his goals.

U.S.Bay has a crowd appeasing imagine every where he goes. He states that he spends the majority of his time in the studio only if he isn’t traveling. “I’m just showing and telling my fans how real it is where I’m from and that you can make it if you chase your dream.” He also expresses how his family, mom and son are the fuel that motivates him to continue doing music.

U.S.Bay started making music when his father was a DJ and he expresses how his brother and mom also rapped. His career plans for 2021 as an upcoming artist is to grow and learn his place in the industry. His most recent release is called, “I Hate U.S.Bay Too” and can she found on all major music platforms. His next project in the making is called, “Forever Bossman.” He has an up-northern style that is similar to New York’s very on idle the famous Pop Smoke.
