Ice-T, a 65-year-old hip-hop artist and actor, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last Friday. During his acceptance speech, he talked about critics and cancel culture, stating that he’s been trying to be canceled for over four decades, but he’s “difficult to cancel.” He also mentioned that he turns negative energy from critics into motivation and referred to criticism as fuel, saying that he “eats haters for food.” Ice-T was accompanied by his wife and daughter, and several celebrities, including his Law and Order: SVU co-star Mariska Hargitay, joined him at the ceremony.
