What is your name/stage name?
IOP3 – A3D (Andy Durand) & Lil Josiey (Josiah Gomula)

What do you do?
Make music, lyrics, live performances, song writing,
we promote mental health awareness.

How long have you been making music?
Lil Josiey 4 years, but recently started releasing music.
A3D since I was 12 then stopped for a while now back to it
again and releasing new music.

Who’s your biggest inspiration?
Juice World, Blink 182, Lil Peep, XXX, and Neck Deep.

What genre of music do you create?
Indie Alternative / Emo Hip hop

What was it like working with (collabs?)
We started collaborating about 4 months ago, we work very well
together and build a good structured song bouncing ideas off
each other. Helping each other get through speed bumps that
come along the way with creativity.

What are some features you have?
Currently no features but definitely willing to work with who
ever is motivated and is willing to accomplish similar goals for success.

What are some features you want to get?
We would like to work with new upcoming artists with similar goals and
motivation. Artistes in genres of hip hop and pop punk.

Who’s one person, dead or alive, that you’d want to work with?
Lil Josiey, Billie Eilish, and A3D-Tom Delong.

Are you signed to a label?
Not singed to a label but willing to get our music out into the
world to accomplish the goal of getting singed to a label.

Do you want a record deal, a distribution deal, or none?
Yes, would like a record deal, it would open up more opportunities
to reach as many people who could find our music enjoyable
and useful in their life’s.

Who are your biggest supporters?
Our biggest supporters are our fans who allow us to keep moving
forward and staying motivated to create more music. Also, our
family who have only showed love and support towards
us accomplishing our dreams.

Where did your name come from?
IOP3 stands for Intensive outpatient and the 3 stand for three times
a week. It’s a program designed to help people struggling with mental
health and addiction. We chose this name because it is very close to
our hearts and we would like to draw attention and awareness to the
issues of addiction and mental health in our society
especially in the youth.

What are you currently working on?
We are currently working on promotion and building a stronger fan base.
We are writing music about our experiences and lessons we are learning
along the way. To be specific we are working on a very pop punk
new MGK kind of song which speaks about being present in the
moment and being able to take control of negative thinking.

What is your latest release?
As a band/group we have not released anything officially, but have some
songs that we collaborated on before the IOP3 group was created.
Blinddrive is a song we did and are going to eventually release
under the name IOP3.

When is your next release?
Early June will be our official IOP3 release, but stay in touch with
