Money Making Sace and JIGGAONDABEAT return with their latest release, “OJ,” a track that reflects both their history as collaborators and the ease of their creative chemistry. Released on March 5, 2026, the record highlights a workflow that has become second nature for the duo, even while living in different cities.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Money Making Sace, born Derreion Melton, is now based in Nashville, Tennessee. JIGGAONDABEAT, born Anthony Williams, hails from Missouri City, Texas and continues to work out of Houston. Despite the distance, the two artists have maintained a consistent creative partnership that dates back to their time as roommates at Texas Southern University.
Their connection started during college, where both studied within the music and entertainment space. Sace earned a degree in Entertainment Recording Music Industry Management, while Jigga focused on Radio, Television, and Film. That shared academic foundation translated into a hands-on creative relationship, with the two building a catalog that includes tracks like “Super Fly,” “777,” and “Eye Lazy.”
“OJ” came together in a way that reflects their established process. The beat was initially sent by Jigga to Sace as a simple showcase of what he had been working on. At the time, it was not intended to become a full record. Months later, Sace revisited the production and decided to record over it, turning what began as a casual share into a finished release. The track ultimately came together without forced direction, shaped by timing and instinct rather than a structured session.
That remote workflow has become standard for the pair. With one artist in Nashville and the other in Houston, much of their collaboration happens through file sharing and ongoing communication. The approach has allowed them to stay productive without needing to be in the same room, and “OJ” is a clear example of how that dynamic continues to deliver results.
Both artists bring a growing list of credits into the release. Together, Sace and Jigga have worked with A.J. McQueen on “Eye Lazy” and collaborated with Hitkidd on the track “777.” Their single “Super Fly” also reached the Apple Music Top 200, marking a notable milestone in their joint catalog.

Individually, Sace has built a performance resume that includes opening for established acts such as GZA and Inspectah Deck at Warehouse Live, as well as Lil Boosie and Rob49 at The Riverfront in Nashville. He has also worked with artists including Fendi P and Joey Fatts. Jigga, on the production side, has continued to develop his sound through work with multiple artists in Houston, along with collaborations involving producer Bigg Cuz.
With “OJ,” the focus shifts back to the feel of the record itself. The track leans into a 2000s-inspired sound, blended with the style the two have developed through their previous releases. The result is a record designed to be upbeat and engaging, built around rhythm and energy rather than heavy concept. According to the artists, the intention behind the track is simple. It is meant to put listeners in a good mood and create a sense of movement.
That balance between familiarity and their own style is part of what defines their ongoing work together. Rather than reinventing their process with each release, Sace and Jigga continue to refine what has already proven effective. Their catalog shows a clear throughline, with each track building on the last while maintaining a consistent foundation.
“OJ” is not positioned as a standalone moment but as part of a larger body of work still in progress. Having already established a track record of releases together, the duo makes it clear that more music is on the way. Their history, both academically and creatively, continues to inform their output, and their ability to collaborate across distance remains central to how they operate.
For listeners following their trajectory, “OJ” offers another look at a partnership that has been developing over time rather than emerging overnight. It captures a process that is already in motion, backed by experience, shared history, and a workflow that continues to evolve without losing its core.
