A.) “Brazuca“
Q.) Where are you from?
A.) “Cleveland“
Q.) What do you do?
A.) “I’m a Shift Supervisor at my local Starbucks.“
Q.) How long have you been making music?
A.) “About 15 years on and off.”
Q.) Who’s your biggest inspiration?
A.) “To be honest I don’t think I can pick one person, but Timbaland, MJ, and Chris Brown are my top 3 as far as influences or inspirations for my music come from.“
Q.) What genre of music do you create?
A.) “Right now Hip-Hop/Trap beats but I can also do R&B as well and I have a jazz background my main instruments are Saxophone and Piano.“
Q.) What was it like working with (collabs?)
A.) “I opened up for Musiq Soulchild about 12 years ago and that was pretty awesome to see his level of talent and professionalism. I think my favorite aspect/part was how humble he was.“
Q.) What are some features you have?
A.) “None right now.“
Q.) What are some features you want to get?
A.) “I’d love to make a track/beat for Joyner Lucas or maybe Russ…I haven’t thought about that much to be honest. I’d honestly be more grateful for any feature I was able to be a part of it doesn’t even really matter who.“
Q.) Who’s one person, dead or alive, that you’d want to work with?
A.) “Timbaland for sure.“
Q.) Are you signed to a label?
A.) “No I’m not.“
Q.) Do you want a record deal, a distribution deal, or none?
A.) “To be honest, I’m not really sure I’d need to know more about what each option entails.“
Q.) Who are your biggest supporters?
A.) “My family and friends and my girlfriend.“
Q.) Where did your name come from?
A.) “So, I’m a huge soccer fan, and back in 2016 I think it was, the World Cup was happening and the ball that they used was called “Brazuca” and not only is it/was it my favorite soccer ball ever but when I looked up what the name meant it said it means a way of life to the Brazilians, describing their deep connection with soccer/futbol. Music has been a part of me literally since I could walk, and I’ve always viewed or looked at music as a way of life for me, so then came “Brazuca Beats” the name.“
Q.) What are you currently working on?
A.) “I’m currently working on just becoming better as a producer/beat maker. Hopefully I will have my first album out by the end of 2023.“
Q.) What is your latest release?
A.) “My latest release is a track called “Bounce!” I released it on my birthday last year, October 7th, 2021.“
Q.) When is your next release?
A.) “My next release is TBH I don’t really set release dates for myself right now, I work on different songs/projects and when I get to the point where I feel like something is ready to be released, then I’ll release it.“
