I know in the long run it’s smarter to have the perfect credit score, but I could use those 50k right now.

Trent Reznor.

Are you a touring artist or a recording artist?

Recording artist hoping to tour someday.

Have you ever thought about quitting music?

Yes, but more than thinking about quitting, I think about other things I could be doing if I had chosen to pursue something different.

Favorite Era of music?

I don’t have one, I just love good music.

Do you plan on traveling?

I may travel to New York next year. I live in Colombia.

Are you an independent artist or are you signed or under any management?

Independent.

What was your most memorable concert, did you perform at it?

Chet Faker, Bogota – 2016. I didn’t perform. It amazed me how a guy I look up to made a life out of music and touring doing something similar to what I’m trying to pull off.

What was your biggest challenge that you had to overcome during your music career, so far?

In 2016 someone broke into my ex-girlfriend’s car and stole my bag with my laptop including an album I was working on. Back then I was about to get a deal with a German label. I was producing House and Techno music at that time. I lost everything, I had no backup of anything I had made. I got a new laptop later on and tried to come up with something similar to what I had made, but it wouldn’t come out, I became incapable of making the same type of music I was making before that.

After some time, I started coming up with some beats for a couple of lyrics I had written. I have always liked singing and writing stuff, but I’d never put too much into it. At that moment though, it felt like the right thing to do, so I decided to keep on doing that. The challenge came when I had to learn to sing in tune, track the vocals, mix them, then mix the whole song, and basically do everything on my own because everyone I turned up to wouldn’t get what I was trying to put out. It took me a couple of years of studying, and lots of trial and error to come up with an entire song on my own, but I think I’m getting closer to the way I want to sound.
