My name is Michael Matthews
I am born in wauwatosa Wisconsin but raised in Milwaukee Wisconsin a lot of people think I’m in my twenties but I am actually 42 years old I’ve been making music since I was about 8 and 1/2 years old I started out writing songs I come from a musical background my grandfather is a pastor in Baton Rouge Louisiana music is in my blood performaning at school started beatboxing for this girl who wanted to do a rap about now and latter’s for a talent show she rapped and me and a classmate did the beatbox I always wrote music but that was my first time on stage even though I wasn’t doing the actual rap performance got bit by the bug instantly and fell in love with being in front of people never shiy because at all we used to the dance insane and red at home for our mom her friends and on video when we visit our step brother and step sister in Madison Wisconsin even if we was lip singing to someone else’s song All around the world the same song by digital underground we was running around all roller skates in the basement with guitars and jackets and paint on our face really into performing the song lip singing like it was really our song being a performer was always in me but I’ve always been serious about music it’s my outlet and ventilation and has been the only way I could express myself to anyone and get my point across or directly to them and they actually listen that never happened when I talk and try to voice my opinions have I thought about quitting music no I know I never really could even if I tried I will always create music Tupac inspires me the most favorite artist my pain and my heart got me making music Metro boom and timberland favorite producers my best beat could be Don’t Get Stepped On I’m unsigned so that makes me independent I been performing most of my life from talent shows to venues I would love to collab with Eminem, YoungBoy, Key Glock ,and Jay,-z I would like to open up for Eminem what’s next maybe acting to
