According to documents obtained by VLAD TV, Pooh Shiesty and his two co-defendants may have to pay over $1.1 million in restitution for the two men they allegedly shot and injured in 2020. Prosecutors have formally asked a federal judge to require Shiesty, Bobby Brown, and Jayden Darosa to pay the two victims a total of $1,149,828.43, based on medical reports by a suffering expert. However, Shiesty’s lawyer is contesting the restitution figure and calling it a “judicial shakedown,” adding that the two “victims” were actually armed and had showed up to sell drugs to Shiesty and his friends. Shiesty was sentenced to five years and three months in prison in April after pleading guilty to federal conspiracy charges in connection with the shooting, while Darosa was sentenced to 96 months and Brown was given 57 months. The three are due back in court on February 28 for a decision in the restitution matter.
