While he managed to dodge criminal charges initially, the victim, Power 106 host Bryhana Monegain, has taken legal action, claiming permanent injuries. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that 50, frustrated with a malfunctioning microphone, tossed it into the crowd, inadvertently hitting Monegain in the face and wrist. Despite 50’s denial of intent to harm, Monegain suffered a concussion, an open cut on her forehead, and bruises. Although she’s back on air, emotional distress lingers, leading to a lawsuit for lost income, medical expenses, and damages.
