The highly anticipated Wireless Festival is back, and the 2024 edition promises to be a musical extravaganza with headlining acts Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, and Doja Cat set to electrify London’s Finsbury Park from July 12-14. The festival’s organizers announced the first wave of artists today, building anticipation for a weekend of unforgettable performances.
Nicki Minaj, fresh off the release of her latest album, Pink Friday 2, is set to kick off the festival on July 12. The rap queen will be joined by a stellar lineup, including Future, Ice Spice, Sean Paul, Veeze, and Ragz Originale. The festival’s opening night promises to be a celebration of Minaj’s musical prowess and a showcase of her chart-topping hits.
Saturday night belongs to 21 Savage, who expressed his excitement about headlining Wireless for the first time. The Atlanta-based rapper, known for his gritty lyrics and distinctive style, recently dropped his third solo album, “american dream.” Joining 21 Savage on stage will be J Hus, Asake, Sexyy Red, Gunna, Fridayy, and Skillibeng, creating a dynamic and diverse lineup for festival-goers.
Closing out the festival on Sunday is the sensational Doja Cat, who continues to dominate the music scene. With hits like “Say So” and “Kiss Me More,” Doja Cat’s performance is sure to be a highlight of the weekend. She’ll be joined by Rema, Tyla, Digga D, and Uncle Waffles, offering a perfect blend of genres to wrap up the festival on a high note.
As fans eagerly await the general ticket sale starting on January 31 at 10 a.m. GMT, the Wireless Festival coincides with both Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday 2 World Tour” and the European leg of Doja Cat’s “The Scarlet Tour.” The festival serves as a pivotal moment in the musical calendars of these artists and promises an unforgettable experience for attendees.
Stay tuned for more announcements next week, as additional artists are expected to join the already impressive lineup, making Wireless Festival 2024 an event not to be missed.
