Entrepreneur Nikki Jzo has quietly built one of the most trusted casting networks in nightlife and media. Starting as a dancer, she used her firsthand knowledge of the industry to launch a talent agency that now books performers for major music videos, television shoots, and high-profile venues like King of Diamonds Atlanta.
Her agency has worked with artists like 21 Savage, Yung Nudy, and Black Youngsta, and secured placements with VH1 and BET. But beyond big names, what sets Nikki apart is her focus on preparation, professionalism, and giving real opportunities to women ready to work.
“I don’t care about followers,” Nikki says. “If you have drive, I’ll help you get everything else—photos, promo, training, all of it.”
She leads her team with precision, casting each project with care and building a strong system that includes curated group chats, updated images, and organized submissions. The results speak for themselves: packed-out events, flawless execution, and a growing reputation across the industry.
Even her training program, the “Bottle Girl Bootcamp,” helps women learn how to sell, brand themselves, and earn consistently inside nightlife. “It’s not just about looking good—it’s about knowing your value,” she says.
Nikki’s approach blends instinct with data. She studies analytics to refine her strategy while staying loyal to her vision. Her ultimate goal? Expansion. She’s now working to take her model national, launching boutique services and training programs in other major cities.
“My daughter is watching me,” Nikki says. “That keeps me grounded—and hungry.”
Resilient, focused, and always one step ahead, Nikki Jzo isn’t just building a casting agency—she’s building a movement.
