Inspired by his children and the women who shaped him his grandmother, mother, aunties and sisters Dre drive comes from a deep desire to prove every limitation wrong. Beyond the music, Dre’s impact stretches deep into the community. Not only street-smart, he has grown into a youth advocate for the city of Chicago, helping open homeless shelters, participating in sit-downs with the Mayor of Chicago Heights, contributing to groundbreakings for new housing developments, and creating real opportunities for those around him. Dre doesn’t just talk about giving people a chance he creates lanes for everyone in his circle to win.
Musically, One7 is already setting the tone for the year. The label has dropped two albums this year, and the momentum is far from slowing down. The movement is officially on notice as One7 prepares to shake the culture with “The7Mix”, a bold series where nothing is off limits even reworking and flipping beats to deliver raw energy and undeniable presence.
