After stopping my master’s studies in urban planning (Laval University in Quebec) for lack of financial means, I do small jobs while waiting for new perspectives.

The title was “Gang Talk” written in 2019. The single was released under the title “Poppin Shit” .

In particular Young Dolph.
Q.) What genre of music do you create?
Sugarboy Big T in French “Grand Théophore Le Jeune Sucrier” is my musical project, born from a love for the Hip Hop / Gangsta Rap genre, American culture, creative writing and vocal harmonies.
Q.) What are some features you have?
I am in contact with some American rappers including the producer “Olex and Bern”. Our featuring is coming. I also exchange with rapper “601 Flip” and “Counterfeit” about working together.
Q.) Who’s one person, dead or alive, that you’d want to work with?
I would like to work with Hit-Boy, the producer.

I want to be signed as soon as possible … a record deal !

To be honest, I’ve just started, I’m first independent in terms of music production; But I think of my friends and people at theUSA, India…
Q.) Do you write your own material?
I had the advantage of studying for a master’s degree and being published in scientific journals. This asset allows me to be my own lyricist.
Q.) Do you create your own music video concepts?
No video available yet, but yes I will work on the script and technical cutting with the director.
Q.) What’s your favorite music to listen to?
I listen to and recommend 80s pop. But I like reggae, pop, funk, not to mention hip-hop. I like the undreground rappers who give fire: Travis Goff, Dopeboy Ra and Brick Wolfpack and more.

I am promoting my single Poppin shit released on January 24th.

My next single is titled “Easy” and will be released in a month on all platforms.

I don’t have a dedicated beatmaker. I’m using royalty-free beats at the moment. However, I worked with Boy2shirtBeatz (a beatmaker from my country) on the single “Poppin Shit”.
Q.) Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, I must be able to reach an important level in my career. In this time, I can manage to build a solid fanbase around the world and perform in several countries. I should also be signed to a label in the USA or UK.
