Sge Big Sane started their journey in the vibrant underground scene six years ago, where they were known for spitting freestyles that could stop a crowd in its tracks. When asked about their biggest inspirations, they mentioned iconic trailblazers like Nocap, Jadakiss, and G Herbo, as well as their commitment to representing the struggles and triumphs of their community. “Hip-hop saved me,” they shared during the interview. “It gave me a way to tell my story and connect with people who feel the same pain and joy I do.”
Their newest single, “No Thanksgiving 2,” is a testament to this mission. Packed with lyrical gems and a hook that’ll stay with you for days, the track has been generating buzz across platforms. “This song is about resilience,” they said. “It’s for anyone who’s ever been told they can’t make it.”
Sge Big Sane credits their family and Team on SGE for keeping them grounded while navigating the challenges of the music industry. Despite setbacks, they’ve stayed focused on their vision—building a legacy that inspires the next generation of artists.
Currently working on “Sane Season 2,” Sge Big Sane continues to evolve as an artist, collaborating with names like FREDDY Ruga, WelFed KB, and Trendsetta Slim. While they create soul music that resonates deeply, their ultimate dream collaboration would be with Nocap.
When they’re not in the studio, Sge Big Sane can be found dreaming of performing in New York and envisioning a future where they’re touring and running a successful business. “It’s not just about making it big,” they explained. “It’s about making an impact.”
