A. “FXCELESS”

A. “Blantyre, Malawi”
Q. What do you do?
A. “Second year of college and make music aside from that and to be honest the music is where my heart is at, grew up with an uncle who was hard hip-hop head, mom who loved rnb, aunty who loved pop, dad was a rapper, so music been around me since I was conceived. ”
Q. How long have you been making music?
A. “Been making music for 2 years now but was writing poems before music 4 years before I started makin music.”
Q. Who’s your biggest inspiration?
A. “Can’t pick inspiration from a single artist, multiple artists/bands inspired me including Lil Peep, XXXtentacion, Marylin Manson, Corey Taylor/Slipknot, AA, Trippie Redd, etc.”
Q. What genre of music do you create?
A. “Honestly can’t pinpoint it but I call it “alternative trap” ofc I also have made hard rock, hyperpop, punk rock and emo trap.”

A. “Amazing, mostly because I feel like I’m learning new things through collabs.”

A. “LosFromTheQ, FUCKIMFREE, izanagi”

A. “Shi probably trippie redd mostly and Slipknot buh that’s if they still makin music by the time.”
Q. Who’s one person, dead or alive, that you’d want to work with?
A. “Kurt Cobain would be a dream collab, along with Trippie Redd, I feel he a soon to be legend in many eyes even though he already one in my eyes.”
Q. Are you signed to a label?
A. “Nah I’m not signed to any.”
Q. Do you want a record deal, a distribution deal, or none?
A.” I don’t think a deal would be a bad idea honestly, especially in terms of pushing my music to further heights a record deal would help with dat.”
Q. Who are your biggest supporters?
A. “My homies my biggest supporters even when i tell em not to lie to me they b listening to my shi even when I’m not around. Ofc a few people that actually call themselves my fans from different continents even if they not over 1k.”
Q. Where did your name come from?
A. “Making different genres and sub genres takes away the idea of an identity, FXCELESS meaning no face=no identity so ion gotta be put in a box since most people are put in a box where I’m from. From birth, n I been doing the opposite most of my life.”
Q. What are you currently working on?
A. “Finished with my first mixtape now im just releasing singles til i hear the sound that hits the ears hard n work on that.”
Q. What is your latest release?
A. “Mixtape called sinners in wonderland, contains sounds such as heavy metal, trap metal, hyperpop, emo rap, trap.”

A. “This Friday I’ll be dropping a SoundCloud single.”
