Ian kicks off his debut mixtape Valedictorian with a hazy anthem that leans fully into his quirky charisma and lyrical swagger. “Pack It Up” is exactly what you’d expect from someone who starts his day with a wake and bake—the track is laid-back, smoked-out, and buzzing with clever one-liners.
Blending trap energy with tongue-in-cheek suburban satire, Ian delivers a performance that toes the line between flexing and poking fun at himself. It’s this self-awareness, paired with undeniable delivery, that has him turning heads—and now, earning a nomination for the XXL Freshman Class.
If “Pack It Up” is any hint at what Valedictorian holds, Ian might just graduate from internet sensation to full-fledged star.
You think he’s got a shot at making the list this year?
