It’s the moment Opium fans have been waiting on for years. Playboi Carti has officially joined forces with his two most prominent signees, Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely, on the explosive new track “Off The Meter.” Serving as the final cut on Ken’s latest project More Chaos, the song is not only a long-awaited team-up but a major milestone for the Opium label.
Since launching Opium in 2019, Carti’s kept his distance feature-wise from his artists, allowing them to shine on their own. Despite fans repeatedly calling for collaborations, especially with Ken and Lonely, they seemed like a pipe dream—until now. “Off The Meter” changes that, marking Carti’s first track with both of his proteges. The chemistry is undeniable, and the energy is exactly what fans hoped for.
More Chaos is the official sequel to A Great Chaos, Ken’s breakout 2023 album, and this closer feels like a full-circle moment not just for Ken, but for the whole Opium movement.
