Anthony Posadas or more professionally known as Yantee. Seattle, WA but moved around a lot since his father was in the Navy. Also lived in New Orleans for a while before finally settling into Austin, Tx which is where he now calls home.
“Since I was a kid I’ve always loved listening to music and it has always been my way of getting away from everyday life. When I first started out I actually planned on being a DJ but found that I had a talent after freestyling with friends and at parties.”
Yantee finally built his home studio and self taught how to mix and record. Currently Yantee is working on his first Album titled “Ying N Yang.”
“I chose that name because I want it to be about the dark coming into the light. I plan to have it transition from being rap heavy into the more melodic sound I’ve been working on. Music is my passion and there’s nothing else I’d rather be doing than getting paid to make music.”
