The genesis of Soundmind wasn’t a stroke of luck but rather a convergence of talents and aspirations rooted in a shared love for music. It all began when Amir Samani aka Double, fueled by his passion for hip hop and R&B production, crossed paths with Mike Rogerson, a seasoned audio engineer and mentor.

As Double and Mike explored the idea of creating an innovative music education platform, their paths intersected with Jordan Alexander King, a visionary entrepreneur with a knack for identifying groundbreaking opportunities. King’s involvement added a strategic edge to the venture and laid the groundwork for what was to come.

Through King’s network, Double was introduced to Mitchelle’l Sium and Darwin Cordale Quinn aka C Gutta, partners at Guttamuzik – a multi-Grammy-winning and multi-platinum record label and production company renowned for its contributions to the music industry. Mitchelle’l and C Gutta’s vast experience and creative prowess complemented the team’s vision for Soundmind, adding depth and industry insight to the project.

Emerging during the mixtape era, he quickly established himself by distributing mixtapes and collaborating with prominent DJs like Whoo Kid and Green Lantern. Additionally, as a talented artist who has worked with the likes of Jadakiss, Benny the Butcher, and more, ItsBizkit’s versatility and skill within the music industry further enriched Soundmind’s offerings.

Behind the scenes, Jordan Alexander King’s strategic acumen came into play as he arranged capital investments from both TUK Capital, his consulting firm, and Essist, A professional accelerator.  Through TUK Capital and Essist, Soundmind received the necessary financial backing to bring its vision to life and revolutionize music education.
