Emerging from the vibrant city of Albuquerque, Trippy Chicc is making waves in the trap and hip-hop scene with a sound that’s both unique and captivating. Since 2018, the up-and-coming artist has been honing her craft, writing songs that resonate with anyone who’s ever faced adversity or loved fiercely.
Her journey in music started with her debut track “Not The Same,” and since then, Trippy Chicc has remained dedicated to perfecting her sound. “The Weeknd is one of my biggest inspirations,” she shares, “but I’m all about blending my own style into the mix. Trap and hip-hop give me the freedom to express myself, and I can’t wait for the world to hear my music.” Her latest release, “Baddest & Realest,” is a statement track that perfectly captures her energy and authenticity.
Even though Trippy Chicc is still navigating the early stages of her career, she’s determined to make her mark. “I’m not signed to a label right now, and I’m good with that,” she says. “I like having control over my music, and I’m focused on creating the best album I can.” It’s clear that her vision is what drives her, and she’s already planning her next moves, including her first-ever music video. “I’ve got some cool ideas for my first video, and I’m excited to bring them to life.”
Although Trippy Chicc hasn’t yet performed for a large crowd, she’s got big dreams. “I see myself on tour in the next five years, and LA is definitely on my radar,” she says. “I’m also down to tour with anyone because I get along with just about anyone. The vibe is everything.”
As a self-made artist who writes and produces her own material, Trippy Chicc is someone to keep an eye on. She’s all about authenticity, staying true to herself, and carving out a space in the industry where her voice is heard.
