Anthony Raisner, better known by his stage name TwoTimezAnt, is an emerging voice in the pain and struggle rap scene. Hailing from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, his journey into music began as a form of escape, a way to channel emotions and experiences that otherwise went unspoken. “I’ve been making melodies for years now,” he reflects, emphasizing how music was always his way of processing life. For him, it wasn’t just a hobby—it was therapy.
TwoTimezAnt’s style blends hype hip hop with raw, unfiltered pain, embodying the modern sound of rap while staying grounded in real-life struggles. His music resonates because it speaks to a universal truth: “Everybody done been through something,” he says. Coming from nothing, TwoTimezAnt uses his art to connect with listeners who can relate to that feeling of climbing uphill with no guarantees.
Though he remains largely independent, having learned mixing tips from YouTube and picking up advice from friends, TwoTimezAnt has already made some strides in his career. His music has landed on a few playlists, validating the grind he’s been on. “The homies and people from home listening to my music and telling me to keep going—that’s been a highlight,” he shares. Despite setbacks, including a hacked social media account and personal life traumas, TwoTimezAnt stays focused. His approach is simple: “I really just do it for myself. I don’t let nobody get to me.”
While he’s not big on collaborations, he’s open to working with others in the future. For now, his mission is to push forward solo, releasing tracks that mean something to him and his listeners. His next single, “For My Momma,” promises to be a deeply personal tribute, showcasing the same vulnerability and honesty that have become hallmarks of his sound.
As for the future, TwoTimezAnt is open to the possibilities. Whether it’s signing a distribution deal or continuing as an independent artist, the numbers just have to be right. One thing is clear: no matter what, he’s going to keep creating, pushing, and telling his story—because that’s what he does best.
