Forrest City hip-hop artist, Kion is ready to take on a new name and new heights in his career this coming year! The independent artist was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 13th, 2000. Inspired by his love for God, his mother, and the music he grew up listening to, Kion began recording music at fourteen years old. For the past seven years, Kion has been making hip-hop music that he hopes will continue to have a positive impact on the industry and hip-hop culture. Kion promises that he will be making big moves in the new year regarding his music, starting by changing his pseudonym to “Reem”, a personal nickname he hopes will help him create a more intimate connection with his audience. Kion is grateful for the continual support of his listeners. He assures them to stay tuned because something special is in the works for twenty-twenty-two!
