Benny The Butcher, the rap maestro, is set to unleash a sonic storm with his much-anticipated album, “Everybody Can’t Go,” hitting the shelves on January 26. The tracklist is nothing short of a star-studded affair, featuring collaborations with heavyweights like Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Jadakiss, Babyface Ray, and the dynamic duo Westside Gunn and Conway The Machine.
In an exclusive interview with Rap Radar Podcast, Benny shared the inspiration behind the album’s title, stating, “Everybody can’t go because they not cut like that. They not made like that. And you can’t dance to every song, you know what I’m saying?” He delved into the significance of making tough decisions in the music industry, emphasizing that not everyone is meant to accompany him on this journey of growth and success.
The album, Benny’s first full-length release under the Def Jam imprint, boasts twelve tracks produced by the powerhouse duo, Alchemist and Hit-Boy. Each song promises a unique experience, with Benny reuniting with Westside Gunn and Conway The Machine on the track “Griselda Express.” This reunion is expected to be a highlight for fans of the Griselda crew.
With a carefully curated lineup of collaborations, “Everybody Can’t Go” is poised to be a game-changer in the rap scene. Benny The Butcher, known for his gritty lyricism and authenticity, continues to raise the bar with this album, solidifying his status as a force to be reckoned with in the hip-hop industry.
