Virginia recording artist Worldwide Dez continues to carve out his own lane with the release of Worldwide Now – Who’s Worldwide?, a project that reflects both his artistic growth and the mindset behind his name.
Born in Richmond, Virginia, Worldwide Dez has spent the past six years developing a sound that blends melodic energy, personal storytelling, and confident lyricism. Rather than following trends, Dez has focused on creating music with replay value—songs that listeners can connect with long after their first listen.
The new project showcases that philosophy throughout. From motivational records to introspective moments, Worldwide Now – Who’s Worldwide? captures different sides of Dez while maintaining the signature style that has helped him earn recognition across the independent music scene.
His momentum has continued to grow in recent years. In 2026, Worldwide Dez was recognized as Virginia’s Best Rapper, an achievement that reflected years of consistency and dedication to his craft. Along the way, he has also collaborated with artists including Chief Keef, YG, Famous Dex, and Chris Brown, helping expand his audience beyond his home state.
Behind the music is a story of perseverance. Dez has openly discussed overcoming drug addiction, using those life experiences as fuel for records that emphasize growth, ambition, and resilience. That authenticity remains one of the defining qualities of his catalog.
As fans continue streaming Worldwide Now – Who’s Worldwide?, Worldwide Dez is already looking toward an even bigger chapter. The Richmond artist has confirmed that his next major album is scheduled for release in 2028, promising another step forward in his evolving career.
With a growing fan base, major collaborations, and an unmistakable identity, Worldwide Dez continues proving that his vision extends far beyond one city or one region. His mission remains clear: create music that listeners can feel, visualize, and carry with them for years to come.
