The year is coming to a close soon, it’s almost December and the holidays are right around the corner.
The new year brings a lot of change for many people, especially for musical artist Deshaun James.
Deshaun has had an amazing start to his career and has grown a unique style with a loyal fanbase during his time in Fargo, North Dakota, but has decided it’s time to expand his horizons.
Deshaun will be moving to South Carolina before the new year begins with many intentions to improve his music and explore new opportunities.
The decision to move out of the city comes with Deshaun’s current stage of evolution in his music.
Although Deshaun, started off his career with Hip Hop, he has started to make Pop music and has seen his streams go up since he made this change.
Deshaun wants to continue to change his music and moving down south gives him more opportunities to find artists who are versatile.
Despite that fans are split between liking the change and wanting the “Old” Deshaun back, Deshaun’s top four streamed songs on Spotify are his newer pop records.
With this in mind, Deshaun wants to make everyone happy and tries to make records in both genres.
Deshaun performed his last show in Fargo last weekend for his fans in the local community along with other local artists including, Shottythebeam, GTB Daz, and Durrow.
The show was a big success for all of the artists and gave Deshaun a perfect platform to say thank you to his supporters for a final goodbye.
A new chapter for Deshaun begins in 2023 with new opportunities and music on the way. Deshaun considers this the next stepping stone in his career, where the only way to go is up.
Keep up with Deshaun through the new year and follow him on Spotify or Apple Music
