AJDaGuru, A Versatile Musician Full Of Talents

There are many talented musicians out there, but there are a few that can really break the mold and adopt any style. When thinking of artists who can step further than expected, Connecticut rapper, singer, and producer AJDaGuru comes to mind.

A Chart-Topping Rapper And Producer

AJDaGuru released his Sledge Family Rules instrumental late in December 2020. The Instrumental went on to chart at number 43 on the iTunes top 200 charts for South Africa. In 2021 AJ revisited the charts yet again, but this time his self-love anthem “Love Yourself” appeared at number 93 on the Spotify top 200 USA chart. After having multiple songs appear on multiple charts, it’s safe to crown AJDaGuru as a chart-topping producer with urgency for continued success.

An Experienced Musician

Anthony got involved in music when he was 12 years old. At lunch tables, he would beatbox while his fellow classmates would rap to the tunes he was creating with his mouth. Experience can’t be taught, but you need to go through challenges to make it in the music world and AJDaGuru has done just that. Music is at the core of AJDaGuru’s evolution. Taking things to the next level is essential for AJ as he moves forward.

A Producer With Credits

AJDaGuru produced music for GLC, Chevy Woods, King Chip, and many others. His style of music has connected the three hip hop pioneer’s on a track titled Holdin’. The track was featured on Ism Churchill, a joint project AJ worked on with GLC under his production name called Mr. Live. Many other artists have trusted AJ with crafting a sound they could use to create hits as well and that’s how he became a go-to beats-smith early in his career.

A Versatile And Unique Artist

Today’s musicians sound very much like one another, however, AJDaGuru has shown he’s shying away from everyone and focusing on being original. In July, he released his heartfelt tune “Love Yourself”. The song had a really versatile feel to it, starting from the acoustics to the chords. This wasn’t the first time we saw AJ’s versatile side, he also showed us the same thing on the electronic-produced jam Sledge Family Rules as well.
