Aubrey O’Day Reacts After Former Diddy Staffers Reportedly Join Usher’s Team

Aubrey O’Day has questions after reports revealed that several former members of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ inner circle have reportedly moved on to work with Usher.

According to a report cited by HotNewHipHop and Rolling Stone, at least three people who previously worked closely with Combs are now connected to Usher’s camp. Among them is Kristina Khorram, Combs’ longtime chief of staff, who reportedly became involved with Usher’s current The R&B Tour with Chris Brown. Her exact position within Usher’s organization has not been publicly confirmed.

The reported staffing changes immediately caught O’Day’s attention.

The former Danity Kane member took to X after the news circulated, initially writing, “Everything is always so telling, isn’t it.” She followed that up with a more pointed comment directed at Khorram, referencing what she described as a “bag of colorful pills” and suggesting that Khorram has influential connections.

Khorram previously spent more than a decade working with Combs and became chief of staff at Combs Enterprises in 2020. During Combs’ federal criminal case, prosecutors identified her as an alleged co-conspirator and accused her of helping coordinate sexual encounters and obtain drugs, among other allegations.

However, Khorram was never criminally charged in that case and was not called to testify. She has also denied allegations that she enabled or assisted sexual abuse.

The other former Combs employees reportedly making the move include a former personal assistant who testified during Combs’ trial and a former videographer who worked on projects connected to him. Their reported transition to Usher’s team has added another layer of attention to the story.

O’Day’s reaction also fits with her long-running criticism of Combs. During her time with Danity Kane and afterward, she has spoken publicly about her experiences working under the Bad Boy founder and has made allegations concerning their professional relationship. Combs’ representatives have previously disputed allegations made by O’Day and others.

The latest developments come after Combs’ federal trial ended with the jury acquitting him of racketeering conspiracy and sex-trafficking charges while finding him guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was subsequently sentenced to 50 months in prison.

Meanwhile, Usher continues his The R&B Tour with Chris Brown, making the reported personnel changes particularly notable because of the high-profile nature of the trek.

For O’Day, however, the issue appears to be less about Usher himself and more about the people from Combs’ former orbit now reportedly working behind the scenes elsewhere in the music business.

As the entertainment industry continues to deal with the fallout from Combs’ legal proceedings, the movement of former staff members into new positions is likely to remain a subject of public scrutiny.
