If you want to be better, you have to work at it.
We caught up with the newest addition to the Spanish music scene: David Revuelta. This 20-year-old musician has been releasing his music to Spotify recently but has been creating on a musical level since he was only a child. Having started his first songs in his bedroom, life for this overnight social media star has been far from simple.
David Revuelta admits that he would instead be sunning himself and trying on new Gucci or Kalvin Clein clothing than putting in the work needed to stay at the top – but that doesn’t stop him from doing it. Here are these musicians’ top tips for getting more done in a day and winning at life.
A Bit More About Revuelta
David Revuelta is only 20, and yet he is already smashing the Spanish music scene apart. Situated from his hometown in Madrid, this Spanish star has several songs on Spotify, a massive following on Tik Tok, and stands ready to be the next King of the Gram.
David Revuelta creates fresh new tunes, which started as a hobby in his bedroom when he was a kid. Nowadays, he is pulling in a monthly salary from music and content creation that would make the real king blush. So Spain has a king, right?
You can find out all about David through his hub here, or just cut to the chase and buy his music on Spotify, instead.
Getting Better at Life
Want to have it all just like Revuelta does? Try these tips and see if your life doesn’t improve in all the ways you have been enjoying it.
1 – Change your Inner Monologue
Nottooveryone has an inner monologue, but those that do tend to use it to criticize themselves. Imagine that it sounds like you that your inner voice was gently encouraging instead of overly critical. Then, think of how much more you would get done in a day if you weren’t constantly fighting that voice.
2 – Do it Everyday
Whatever you want to get better at, you won’t get better at it if you don’t practice. Do you wish to be a singer? Great! When was the last time you had a rehearsal? If the answer is anything less than three days a week, then you need to seriously up your game. Professionals, those singers on TV, they are doing it every day. They don’t make excuses about practicing either… they just do it.
3 – Set High Standards
If you want your life to improve, you need to take a refresher course on boundaries. The level where you set your standard determines the respect with which other people will treat you. If you are setting the bar too low, you will let people walk all over you. Raise your standards higher, and you will soon find you are getting more respect.
4 – Chase your Dreams
If you can do all of the above, repeatedly, day after day? Then you are well on your way to achieving those dreams. Don’t give up!
