When Benny The Butcher and 38 Spesh team up, you know the streets are about to be talking. These two have built a solid foundation of raw, gritty collaborations that go way back—since 2008, to be exact. It all started with Cocaine Cowboys under Spesh’s T.C.F. Music Group label. Even though they haven’t been on the same label, their bond runs deep, and you can always count on them to deliver some hard-hitting bars.
Now, the pair is getting ready to drop Stabbed & Shot 2, the long-awaited sequel to their 2018 project, on October 18, 2024. It’s been six years since the first Stabbed & Shot, but for Benny and Spesh, it’s just another day at the office. Both artists have been putting in major work this year, with Spesh dropping five projects and Benny coming in with three, so fans are no strangers to their nonstop hustle.
To get fans hyped, Benny and Spesh have just released a two-pack featuring “Jesus Arms” and “Brick Specials.” And the highlight? Busta Rhymes makes an appearance on “Jesus Arms.” That’s right, Busta’s in the building, adding his legendary energy to an already insane track. But that’s just a taste of what’s coming, because the full Stabbed & Shot 2 album is going to feature 16 tracks and a roster of nine guest artists. Sounds like it’s going to be an all-star event, right?
So, if you’re a fan of gritty bars and powerful collaborations, you definitely want to check out these two new tracks. And don’t forget—October 18 is the day we get the full project, so mark your calendars. Links to the tracks are below, and trust, you don’t want to miss this one.
