Drake may have yet another major release on the horizon. While fans are still enjoying the success of ICEMAN, along with companion projects HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR, a new teaser from Diplo suggests more music could be on the way.
The producer recently sparked excitement on social media by posting a photo alongside Drake and Jamaican dancehall star Skillibeng. In the caption, Diplo appeared to reference an unreleased collaboration involving all three artists, jokingly asking where he should send shoe sizes and the final master recording of their song.
The post immediately fueled speculation among fans, many of whom are eager to hear what a collaboration between Drake and Skillibeng might sound like. With Diplo involved on the production side, the rumored track could blend hip-hop, dancehall, and electronic influences into a record designed for summer playlists.
The potential collaboration would not be entirely unexpected. Drake has increasingly explored dance and Caribbean-inspired sounds in recent years, particularly through projects like Honestly, Nevermind and the recently released MAID OF HONOUR. His willingness to experiment with different genres has become a defining characteristic of this current phase of his career.
Diplo’s connection to Drake was also highlighted recently when the rapper referenced both Diplo and Major Lazer in a promotional campaign alongside Kevin Durant for NOCTA, further fueling speculation that the artists have been working together behind the scenes.
Meanwhile, Drake’s chart success shows no signs of slowing down. ICEMAN has maintained a strong hold on the Billboard 200 since its release, spending multiple weeks at the top of the chart. Although projections suggest the album could temporarily slip from the No. 1 position, its continued sales and streaming performance demonstrate the project’s staying power.
For fans, the possibility of a Drake, Skillibeng, and Diplo collaboration is particularly intriguing because of the artists’ complementary styles. Skillibeng’s dancehall energy, Drake’s melodic versatility, and Diplo’s global production expertise could result in one of the season’s biggest crossover records.
At the moment, no official release date has been announced, and the track remains unconfirmed beyond Diplo’s social media tease. Still, the prospect of a collaboration between three influential artists is enough to keep anticipation high as summer continues.
If the song eventually arrives, it could become another major addition to what has already been a remarkably active and successful year for Drake.
