What is your name/stage name?
My name is Trevor but my stage name is TyRaNt.
Hard hearing my Gov. name anymore.

Where are you from?
I am from Findlay, Ohio but was Born in Lima, Ohio.

What do you do?
I work throughout the week. Also a father and husband 24/7.

How long have you been making music?
This will be my fifth year doing music! Really upgraded
from where we were. I’m excited to see what the future holds!

Who’s your biggest inspiration?
The ones who inspire me the most are Logic, Cole, Kendrick.
Can’t take away from Eminem, Jay-Z, Kanye, Drake and the
ones on the rise like JID, Cordae and Jack Harlow. All
these guys will go down in history. They give me life.

What genre of music do you create?
I love making Hip-Hop music. Currently exploring pop
and the (Hip-POP) genre.

What was it like working with (collabs?)
At first I was definitely nervous ! I didn’t know how the
energy or anything was gonna be, but once the song was
completed, I knew I would love doing features. Now, I
love having people on my songs rather than it
just being me lowkey.

What are some features you have?
Some features I have are Dee Jay, who is now One8ty, Hades,
my cuzzo Jet, Will Villain & Trop Fusion, SojaFe, Tyler
Gifted, Chas Huff and TJ Hickey.

What are some features you want to get?
Since I got TJ Hickey, I would love someone like him. Maybe
Justin Stone, Futuristic, NOBIGDYL. Or someday, bigger
artists like Hopsin, Tech, Cordae. I’m ready
for the next step.”

Who’s one person, dead or alive, that you’d want to work with?
If it was someone dead, I would have to say Mac Miller or
Michael Jackson to be honest, but currently I would say
Logic! With him being my favorite rapper, our energy
would be lit.

Are you signed to a label?
No currently am not but I do record at High Road Studios &
Contract Killers Productions.

Do you want a record deal, a distribution deal, or none?
Yeah! If the deal is there! My team and I would have to
see what it’s about before jumping into it, but I would
be down.”

Who are your biggest supporters?
Definitely my family and my homies. I Was kicked down doing
music but they always pushed me to go harder.
I’m grateful for that.

Where did your name come from?
It came from my xbox gamertag lowkey hahaha. My dude Jet wanted
to create a name for me while gaming and it came out as
(clan name) TyRaNt, so after all these years I stuck
with it lol!

What are you currently working on?
Right now I am working on a project called Somewhere In The Dark 2,
an add on to the original Somewhere In The Dark. I am excited to
share it soon.

What is your latest release?
My last project was an EP called. (The Dark Tape Vol.) But my last
drop was a new single from my new album called Saved By Your Heart
(which was an interlude).

When is your next release?
My next drop will be a song called (Go Hard). After this we will be
dropping Somewhere In The Dark 2 then some other major albums.
