What is your name?
My name is LYRYK MUZIK
Would you rather have?
50k in cash or a perfect credit score, and why?
I would rather have a perfect credit score because you’re now able to get way more than 50k. Qualifying for credit cards with limits amazingly high. I know people hear credit cards and automatically think about messing their credit score up due to maxing out the limits but it’s a jewel in that. This would be the 1st time you hear someone say do it! This is only if you are serious about changing your life. To max out a credit card is to know you have invested into a business that you plan on working hard to make the money back to pay the card off and keep your credit score unharmed. It’s our minds y’all. We about to start using it, we got this!
Who is your favorite producer?
Timbaland. Because I know when I go in the studio and get to snapping my fingers and singing what I want to do he’s gonna dance with me and figure it out!
Are you a touring artist or a recording artist?
As of now I’m a recording artist. After this magazine I will be a touring artist.
Have you ever thought about quitting music?
I did. My life had got really shitty at a point. I was really sad. I was in my head a lot. I would go so hard with my own little tours, booking my shows, studio, and literally figuring it out as I go. I was like damn! I know people see me! I know they know I go hard! Then I let that finally get the best of me and I said…It was cool while it lasted but…I never believed it. Its like I would feel so bad about not doing music. Like my body knew I wasn’t living out my potential. I stopped writing because that’s what made the fire just blaze and all I needed was the beat. Man, talk about a real life Jonah moment! I stopped running from how great I am and how I’m supposed to help people know they can get through rough hard times. The times where you know you got to dig really deep to set the fire back up that your mind put out. To know the times you were all on your own you weren’t. God was always there and he knows exactly who you are and just how powerful you are. Never forget that God gives his toughest and I mean toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.
Favorite Era of music?
The 90’s hands dooooooooooown.
Along with 70’s-80’s
Do you plan on traveling?
Yes I do. I plan on going to the most beautiful places. Pretty green grass, beautiful bodies of water, amazing scenery. I can’t wait to go to the Kingdom of Morocco (Kevin Gates voice)
Are you an independent artist or are you signed or under any management?
I am an independent artist.
What was your most memorable concert, did you perform at it?
The most memorable concert was Chris Brown concert. We all got tickets for Christmas one year and we went bananas. Aw man we all had so much fun. I laughed at how mad we was when we decided to go at the top instead of where we were! Chris had a stage right in front of the seats dancing and we looked at each other and wanted to cry. Good times man good times.
What was your biggest challenge that you had to overcome during your music career, so far?
Knowing that i will not always have support. I must grow tough skin and rock this shit out!
