Judge Reinstates Megan Thee Stallion’s $75K Judgment as Milagro Gramz Seeks Delay

The legal battle between Megan Thee Stallion and blogger Milagro Gramz continues to unfold after a judge reinstated a $75,000 judgment against the social media personality, despite her efforts to postpone payment while pursuing an appeal.

The lawsuit stems from allegations that Milagro Gramz, whose legal name is Milagro Cooper, participated in a campaign to spread false and defamatory claims about Megan following the highly publicized shooting case involving Tory Lanez.

Filed in 2024, the complaint accused the blogger of promoting conspiracy theories surrounding the case and publishing misleading content that questioned Megan’s credibility. The lawsuit also alleged that Cooper worked alongside individuals connected to Lanez and helped amplify narratives designed to discredit the Grammy-winning rapper.

Recently, online rumors suggested the judgment against Milagro Gramz had been reduced. However, court reporter Meghann Cuniff clarified that those claims were inaccurate, explaining that the full $75,000 judgment remains in place. Instead, Cooper is asking the court to delay enforcement of the payment until the appeals process has concluded.

Megan’s attorneys oppose that request.

According to court filings, the rapper’s legal team argues that if the court grants a stay, Cooper should at minimum be required to post a bond covering the full amount of the judgment. They also contend that she should not receive special consideration given the nature of the conduct outlined during the case.

In one filing, Megan’s attorneys criticized Cooper’s previous online activity, arguing that someone who allegedly spread false claims, directed audiences toward explicit deepfake content involving the rapper, and made threatening remarks should not be shielded from the consequences of the court’s ruling.

The legal dispute remains active as the court considers whether Cooper will be allowed to postpone payment while pursuing her appeal.

For Megan Thee Stallion, the ruling marks another significant development in her broader effort to challenge online harassment and misinformation stemming from the aftermath of the Tory Lanez case. While the appeals process is still ongoing, the reinstated judgment represents an early legal victory as both sides prepare for the next phase of the litigation.
