It appears that the legal battle regarding Drake’s potential deposition over the murder of XXXtentacion is ongoing, with defense attorneys still pushing for a sit-down. It remains to be seen what the ultimate outcome will be.
On a separate note, it is good to hear that Condé Nast has reached a settlement with Drake and 21 Savage over their use of a fake Vogue magazine cover. The agreement, which includes a permanent injunction and monetary payment, should put an end to the dispute and prevent any further use of the publisher’s trademarks without permission.
