Quavo is making it clear that his Migos story is far from over. The Atlanta rapper has revealed plans for three Migos-connected projects in 2027, including a new Migos album, a posthumous Takeoff project, and a collaborative release featuring Quavo and his late nephew.
The announcement comes as Quavo prepares to release QRÖMELIFE, his upcoming solo album executive produced entirely by Pharrell Williams. But while the rapper is focused on his next solo chapter, he is also looking ahead to music that keeps the Migos legacy alive.
During a recent interview with Complex, Quavo confirmed that fans can expect three separate projects connected to the group in 2027. One will reunite Quavo and Offset for a new Migos album, while another will feature previously recorded material from Takeoff. The third project will be a collaborative album from Quavo and Takeoff.
The news follows Quavo’s previous confirmation that he and Offset have been working together again. The two rappers have already recorded new material after years without collaborating, with their upcoming reunion appearing on “AWAY,” a track from QRÖMELIFE.
Quavo and Offset Are Rebuilding Their Musical Connection
The renewed relationship between Quavo and Offset carries significant emotional weight following Takeoff’s death in 2022.
Quavo recently explained that Takeoff’s passing changed the dynamic between him and Offset, helping them move beyond the disagreements that had created distance between them. He described the tragedy as something that pushed them to put their differences aside and support each other.
Their upcoming Migos project will therefore represent more than simply another group album. It will continue the musical legacy of all three members while giving Quavo and Offset an opportunity to honor Takeoff through their work.
Quavo previously hinted that the new Migos album could arrive around the group’s anniversary in January 2027, although that does not yet constitute a confirmed release date. He has also teased the possibility of a tour connected to the reunion.
Before any of that happens, however, Quavo has QRÖMELIFE on the way. The Pharrell-produced album is scheduled for October 2, 2026, and features an impressive lineup that includes Tyler, The Creator, A$AP Rocky, T.I., Lil Baby, Future, Justin Timberlake, and Yung Miami.
With three additional projects planned for 2027, Quavo is preparing for an extremely busy stretch. More importantly, the releases could give fans several different ways to celebrate the music and legacy of Migos and Takeoff while seeing Quavo and Offset continue their reunion.
For a group whose impact on modern trap remains undeniable, the next chapter is shaping up to be both nostalgic and significant.
