ScHoolboy Q, the West Coast rap sensation, is gearing up to drop his highly anticipated album, Blue Lips. But before its official release, he decided to give rap mogul Jay-Z an exclusive sneak peek. Top Dawg Entertainment’s Punch, known for his witty captions and behind-the-scenes insights, took to social media to share some snaps of the momentous occasion.
“Played Q album for a couple good fellas. Blue Lips is out March 1. Ps I’m never wearing hard pants again. Hammer was in to something,” Punch captioned the post, teasing about his outfit choice. But what stole the show were the reactions from Q’s labelmates, SZA and Isaiah Rashad, who didn’t hold back on the jokes.
SZA, known for her soulful voice and playful demeanor, chimed in the comments section, poking fun at the exclusivity of the listening session. “This is Sexism !!! I ain’t never played a LICK for Jigga 😂,” she quipped before expressing her affection for her fellow artists, “y’all look niiiice or whatever 😩🙄🥺😢🫶🏾💗.” Isaiah Rashad added to the banter, humorously commenting on Punch’s pants, “The pants reflect the zen.”
