Shakur Luciano from Los Angeles, California is no rookie in the music game. He has made music for 10 years but professionally began to release music just 4 years ago. In those 4 years he has managed to release massive records accumulating to over 25 Million streams. He currently sits at over 150k monthly listeners all while maintaining his independence. Shakur is much more than just a hit maker however. He also has a very successful clothing line titled, “High Maintenance LA” which has done major things for him in the business world.
