In just a year, Sillasky has transformed from an emerging voice to a powerhouse in Afro-fusion, R&B, and soul. Formerly known as Sillla, she’s made waves with her debut EP, Echoes of Love, a project that introduced her signature blend of rich melodies, emotional storytelling, and Afrobeat-inspired rhythms.
One of the standout tracks from the EP, Balance, was initially released as a Valentine’s Day love song, but it became so much more. Fans connected with its themes of deep intimacy and unspoken understanding in relationships, making it a soundtrack for passion and connection long beyond February. The song embodies the give-and-take of love—where energy, emotion, and chemistry intertwine to create something powerful.
Since then, Sillasky has been on an upward trajectory, earning the title of Best Ghana Canada Act 2024 and expanding her influence beyond just music. As the founder of Destined Serenity Entertainment, she’s dedicated to uplifting emerging artists and creating spaces that celebrate Black talent and culture.
With Balance celebrating its one-year anniversary, Sillasky isn’t slowing down. She’s teasing more music, more collaborations, and more moments that will solidify her place in the industry. If this past year has proven anything, it’s that she’s here to stay—and the best is yet to come.
Keep an eye on Sillasky, because this journey is only just beginning.
