1. How would you describe your musical style?

As an accurate description I would call it Alternative Mood Music. My music has many influences with genre bending elements to it. Blending R&B, Hiphop, Dance, and Soul.

2. What is the first album you owned?

The 1st album I ever bought was A Tribe Called Quest “Midnight Marauders”.

3. How do you prepare before going up on stage?

It’s all a mental thing. I make sure that I have a clear mind, and positive spirits before going up. You want your fans to connect at the highest level in the performance. I also make sure I’m hydrated, and full of energy.

4. If we’re going to buy you a drink, what should it be?

I’m not a huge alcohol drinker, but when I do I would say Hennessy & Coke is the go-to.

5. What’s a song that has been stuck in your head these days?

Really it’s been an album more than a song which is “Dawn FM” by the Weeknd. It’s a great body of work crafted well. I love creativity and quality. Also my latest single “See It My Way” which features Robin S. Shameless plug!

6. Who’s your favorite artist?

It is hard to choose just 1. My top 5 are: Kanye West, The Weeknd, Miguel, A Tribe Called Quest, Michael Jackson.

7. Tell us about the first song you made. Was it a success or a failure?

Actually the 1st song I was ever on as an artist was a record entitled “Wine For Me” by Kings X2 which debuted at #10 on Billboard. Not too bad huh.

8. What is the story behind

It was a fun island club record that was more of an experiment in the beginning. Myself, and another male artist were members of the group. The song took off like wildfire which we didn’t expect, but the outcome was amazing.

9.If you could pick one or the other, what would you choose, the money or the fame?

I would choose money, because obtaining wealth can put you into fame depending on the scenario’s. It’s all about resources.

10.If you could go back in time or in the future, which one would you choose and why?

I wouldn’t go back because I wouldn’t change anything. Those experiences made me who I am today. No one knows what the future holds for us, but we can take proper steps to make things meaningful.
