Celine Brad: A Journey from Science to Center Stage

From the bustling streets of NYC emerges a fresh and vibrant voice in the pop music scene, Celine Brad. A singer-songwriter with a unique journey, Celine has been captivating audiences with her heartfelt lyrics and versatile soundscapes. Her story is one of determination, passion, and a little bit of serendipity.

Celine’s love affair with music began at the tender age of 12. It was during a school talent show that she first performed an original song, captivating her classmates with her raw talent and the sincerity of her lyrics. Though she later pursued a college degree in science, the pull of music proved irresistible. In her senior year, she made a pivotal decision to follow her true calling and step into the music industry with full force.

Her debut single, “Tell Me Again,” released in April 2023, marked the beginning of her professional journey. Influenced by the likes of Taylor Swift, Paramore, and Vanessa Carlton, Celine’s music is a reflection of her diverse tastes and her deep emotional introspection. She admires self-producing artists such as Stray Kids (3Racha) and Charlie Puth, and aspires to hone her production skills to be as involved in her art as possible.

Celine’s genre of choice is pop, but she loves to experiment. Each of her songs starts acoustically, allowing her to pour her heart into the initial creation before the production process brings out the fun. Some tracks have a punk-rock-pop vibe, while others lean towards electronic or are backed by raw piano and strings. A self-described introvert, Celine finds it easier to express her feelings through songwriting rather than spoken words. Currently independent and managing her own career, Celine is open to record and distribution deals that align with her vision. Her biggest supporters are her friends and former teachers, who saw her potential and encouraged her to pursue her dreams. Dreaming of a world tour, Celine particularly hopes to perform in France and Korea, where she has friends she’d love to entertain live. Her most significant solo performance to date was at the Westcott Theater in Syracuse, playing for about 100 people, though she has also been part of larger ensembles.

Celine envisions herself on tour, sharing stages with her idols like Paramore’s Hayley Williams. Whether nationally or internationally, she knows she will still be making music in five years, continuously evolving and sharing her art with the world.
