Caleb Dutton, known by his stage name DesdeTrap, is an emerging artist with a passion for music that stems from a personal turning point in his life. Music became his escape, and over time, his love for the art evolved into a career that allows him to travel the world and support the people he loves.
DesdeTrap’s sound is a fusion of multiple genres, setting him apart as a versatile artist. His ability to blend different musical influences creates a unique listening experience, making his work stand out in the ever-growing music industry. Engaging closely with his audience, he connects through platforms like TikTok Live, ensuring that his listeners are always part of his creative process.
When collaborating with other artists or producers, DesdeTrap values genuine chemistry. He prefers to work in person whenever possible, creating an organic atmosphere in the studio. As an independent artist, he’s built a solid network of friends who assist him with projects, but he remains at the core of his creative and business decisions.
One of his proudest achievements has been providing a better home for his family, moving them away from a challenging environment. His dedication to his craft is fueled by his loved ones and the ever-present possibility of reaching new heights. He embraces the daily struggles of being independent—handling music video shoots, promotions, and playlist placements—all with determination and a love for the process.
DesdeTrap keeps his fans engaged through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and soon, Patreon. His upcoming singles, Gunshine State and Follow Me, are highly anticipated releases that will soon be available on all streaming platforms.
While remaining independent, he is open to a distribution deal if it benefits both parties. As he continues to grow, DesdeTrap is proving to be a name worth watching in the industry.
