Kanye West is once again proving that conventional limits don’t apply to him. Known for his ambitious ideas and headline-grabbing moves, the artist is reportedly going as far as constructing a temporary stadium just to ensure his global tour continues without interruption.

According to reports from the Albanian Post, Ye is spearheading the development of a venue dubbed “Eagle Stadium,” a massive structure expected to hold up to 60,000 fans. The stadium is planned for the Tirana–Durrës corridor in Tirana, positioning it as one of the largest concert events the country has ever hosted.
The project has already received backing from Albania’s Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sports, with Minister Blendi Gonxhja highlighting its potential to boost tourism and elevate the country’s global entertainment profile. However, the decision has not come without controversy.
West’s past remarks have led several European nations—including France, United Kingdom, Poland, and Switzerland—to distance themselves from hosting his performances. Meanwhile, Italy remains undecided despite previously announcing him as a headliner for the Hellwatt Festival.

Italian political figure Pina Picierno has openly criticized her country’s hesitation, pointing out that others have already taken a firm stance against the artist’s appearances.
Despite the setbacks, West continues to secure new dates across the globe. The Albania show is currently scheduled for July 11, followed by a performance in Prague on July 25. Additional stops on the tour include New Delhi, Istanbul, as well as dates in Spain and Portugal.
Love him or criticize him, Kanye West continues to operate on his own terms—and this latest move might be one of his most ambitious yet.
