Lucki continues his streak of smooth, introspective bangers with his latest release, OverTh!nking. As anticipation builds for his upcoming album, Drugs R Bad, set to drop in 2025, the Chicago rapper proves once again why he’s one of the most consistent voices in underground hip-hop.
On OverTh!nking, Lucki strikes the perfect balance between vulnerability and flexing, floating over a spacey, melodic beat that mirrors the track’s introspective themes. While the title suggests a chaotic, anxious energy, the execution is anything but—Lucki delivers his signature laid-back flow, making the song feel effortlessly hypnotic.
With Drugs R Bad on the horizon, OverTh!nking sets the tone for what could be one of Lucki’s most refined and cohesive projects yet.
