Macatizm, an artist from Minneapolis, has been creating music for over 20 years. His journey in the industry began with the release of his first project, Country City Life under the label Country City Entertainment. Drawing inspiration from his mother, Courtney has always been determined to craft his unique sound in the trap and hip-hop genres.
Known for his versatile style, Macatizm has collaborated with talented artists such as C-Baby, J-Loc Flame, and ATL The Formula. Though he’s not currently signed to a label, he remains focused on developing his craft and is open to a distribution deal to take his music to new heights. His biggest supporters? His family, who have stood by him throughout his career.
Courtney writes all his own material and also creates his music video concepts, giving his art a personal and authentic touch. Currently, he is working on new hooks and bars, with plans to release more music in the near future. His latest release, “Pole Pro,” showcases his unique blend of trap and hip-hop. Courtney’s next big project is set to drop in 2025.
Performing in front of crowds is something Courtney enjoys, with his biggest crowd being 50 people. He dreams of performing in Florida and collaborating with Young Money on tour. With his determination, Courtney sees himself in five years as a successful and wealthy artist, out of the spotlight but living his dream.
