Hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, Shaney has been making music for over 10 years. His first project, Touch by an Angel, featured the single “Been Lovin U,” marking the start of his musical journey.
Shaney Poo’s sound falls under the genre he proudly calls “The Good Type.” He draws inspiration from a wide range of music, life experiences, and his family, with his mother being a huge influence. Raised in a family filled with talented artists, Shaney Poo’s musical versatility is clear as he seamlessly blends different genres, creating songs that resonate with fans worldwide.
Having worked with talented producers like KD on the Track and The Track Burnas, Shaney Poo’s collaborations have only added to his extensive catalog. His dream collaboration? The King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
Shaney Poo remains independent, signed to his own label, B.L.A.C Pop LLC, and while he’s open to a distribution deal, he’s focused on growing his brand and staying true to his artistic vision. He’s grateful for the unwavering support of his family and fans, who continue to encourage him to push forward.
Currently, Shaney is working on his new album, with Latin Nights as the first single from the project, which dropped on February 20th. The artist is also working on enhancing his brand presence as he continues to evolve both musically and personally.
Looking to the future, Shaney Poo aims for happiness and fulfillment, both in his personal life and musical career. He envisions performing live with his own band, traveling the world, and continuing to share his music with the world.
